Quality control
Our products have throughout excellent quality. That is an absolute policy we have had
for about 50 years in Linköping. To the most part our products are being exported and are
therefore required to fulfill every country's quality demands and legislation.
We are, for example, manufacturing our reflectors by our selves with a patented plating
method that besides its excellent reflecting power also withstands our nordic climate with salted
roads. We perform most of our testing ourselves in our well equiped laboratory, like light
tests, vibration tests, corrosion tests and climate tests.
In our client base we have many of the most well known vehicle manufacturers, amongst
others, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Cadillac, Harley Davidson.
We are also a very big supplier of advanced work lamps in Xenon.
Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2000.
Environment
Our environment is a big part of our company. We are working with these issues in a long
term perspective, from construction to finished products and also their transport.
A while ago we stopped using Cr6+ for surface treatment of details and are instead using more
environment friendly alternatives. Our surface treatment resides in a closed system where
we recycle and have limited our waste to a minimum. One of our environment goals is to
minimize the number of transports and we strive to only use local suppliers.
We are a holders of ISO 14001 certificate since 1999 and as a proof of our long-term
environmental work, we won Linköping town environmental price 2005.
